I was given an appointment more than 3 weeks ago but still had to wait over an hour to see a nurse. Absolutely ridiculous!
What is the point of having an appointment, there aren’t enough staff to see the patients? One receptionist to answer the phone and queries from patients just isn’t good enough.
Need more doctors and nurses to see the number of patients the surgery has taken on their panel.
This used to be a good surgery but has gone downhill in the past few months.
