"She was lovely and had very helpful tips and advice"

About: Coatbridge Locality Support Service / Health Visiting Team

(as a service user),

We had a family support worker, Debbie, come out to visit.

She was lovely and had very helpful tips and advice to help with our first couple of weeks after giving birth. She answered my questions and was also able to give me more information about the breastfeeding group in Kilsyth and reassure me about how welcoming it would be.

It was good to meet someone else in Kilsyth who I can ask for help in the future if needed.

Thank you for taking the time to share how helpful Debbie has been. Our family support service is a very new service so lovely to hear positive feedback.

I'm really glad to hear you feel you have support and also an awareness of what's going on the your local community.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby.

Natalie
