About: Mid-Ulster Hospital

(as the patient),

I received a notice to attend the Hear Failure Clinic through the post, which when I read the title of the clinic I had to sit down as I had no prior notice of this.

I have made several visits to the site up to now when I have been advised that this could be my last programmed visit.
