When you walk in you are greeted warmly by one of the reception staff, they make you feel a lot calmer as soon as you walk in. The waiting times are minimal and the clinical staff are very thorough and empathetic. All staff are excellent and you can tell they follow their IPs procedures the utc was immaculate and there are hand sanitising stations everywhere. Masks are also provided to patients to ensure everyone is safe.
Brilliant place with a brilliant service, a credit to the nhs.
