"First class response"

After noticing achange of dry skin I asked a pharmacist who recommended GP. When consulted the recommendation was refer to Dermatology which happened within 2 weeks. The consultant was thorough and answered my questions openly. His conclusion was to excise the problem. This was accomplished in three weeks and have just received pathology result which concurred his opinion. I am greateful, his professionalism and sense of humour at a stressful time for me was appreciated. Thank you
