"Still no appointment "

About: Burnley General Hospital

I visited the opthalmology dept in May and was told I would have a follow up in September. After repeatedly chasing up appointments I got one for November which was then cancelled a week before, I was told I would be giving anew appointment but have heard nothing since.

I am sorry to hear that your appointments have been cancelled and that you haven’t been given any information as to why this has happened or received a new appointment. If you would like to get in touch with us directly we can arrange for this to be looked into for you.
