"Outstanding care "

I had a very positive experience in this outpatients dept. First , I was greeted by very efficient and friendly reception staff.

I was very early and the consultant actually saw me straight away, probably cutting short his lunch break . The consultation was excellent and I felt reassured by the outcome . The nurse was very approachable and helpful too.

The department was bright, tidy and spotless .

I’m very grateful to all the staff who made this anxious patient calmer and who went out of their way to provide excellent care . Thank you!
