"Exemplary caring team"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

My experience of the A&E team caring for my dad will stay in my mind for a long time. Everyone was so caring, flexible, informative and helpful. From the moment we arrived in A&E until my dad sadly passed away on a ward the following day the team were compassionate and did all they could to make us all feel at ease in the departments. The care my dad and his family received was excellent.

Firstly, please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your father.

We are so pleased that the staff in A&E and the other departments were compassionate and made such a positive difference during this difficult time for you, and that they did everything they could to make you feel at ease.

We strive for excellence in all aspects of the care that we deliver. Your lovely comments will be passed on to all the staff involved in your father's treatment and care.
