About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

I want to express my gratitude for the entire paediatric team at Musgrove Park hospital.

I have recently gave birth and unfortunately my little girl wasn't well and  at 4days old ended up at A&E and the admitted to the paediatric ward.

I have been in and out of the hospital couple of times in the last 10 days. The staff were amazing all the time, I can't recall everyone's name unfortunately. 

On my last visit,  Sophie  and Anca really looked after me and my daughter, listened to my concerns and needs, patient care above all. 

Massive thanks.

Many thanks for giving your time to share your positive experiences about you and your little girl’s stay with us.

I am extremely pleased you were listened to so thoroughly and given such attentive care to make you feel reassured and supported – your time in and out of hospital must have been very distressing for you and I am glad we were able to address all your needs and concerns. I hope your little girl is much better now.

I will pass your lovely feedback and thanks directly onto Sophie and Anca - they will be so pleased. I will also share your kind comments with everyone who looked after you and your daughter during your stay with us and the wider Paediatric unit.

Many thanks again for your kind acknowledgement of the supportive care we always aim to provide our children, young people and families.
