(as a service user),

I had an appointment in Royal Cornwall Hospital Treliske, Truro, in ENT Outpatients. The staff were all kind and friendly, and I didn't have to wait very long. I would particularly like to express my appreciation of the artwork in the corridor where I waited: I'm a quiltmaker, and I really enjoyed working out the various symmetries in the piece. It struck me as a very suitable artwork for its situation - well done to whoever chose it.

I am so pleased to see that all the staff you encountered were kind and friendly and that you didn't have to wait for long for your appointment. I am glad that you enjoyed the artwork in the corridor. It is nice to have something interesting to look at whilst waiting and this piece in particular is lovely!
