Everybody here has been excellent, very friendly and warm. Reception staff are absolutely amazing - they keep you right with timings, your water drinking etc - and they are always pleasant.
A criticism I have would be the toilets - they are awful, all concrete, no skirting even. They should be completely modernised. They are clean, but it looks as though they haven’t been finished!
A TV in the waiting room would also be a definite improvement.
I personally don’t like the seating arrangement in the waiting room in that everybody is looking at each other. I would prefer to be sitting in rows so as not to feel as though people are watching you.
I think also there should be another toilet on the way out after treatment. At the moment you have to come all the way back to the reception/waiting area to use the toilet before you can leave the building. You feel tired enough as it is after the treatment without having to do this.
