(as a service user),

The lady was an angel!

Tild me it was consultation only which was a disappointment because thats not what i had booked. Then after registering me said that because i was booked in for surgery this weekend and had enough on my plate she would complete the implant removal anf replacment hen and there as i wouldnt be able to come back within the time frame.

During which we talked about a common interest of tropic skin care our fave products, put me right at ease.

This lady is on santas good list.

Thank you clean, competant, went the extra mile with a smile all the way.
