"I was treated with the utmost care and respect"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / General Surgery (wards 64, 65, 66,& 67) Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Theatres, Recovery and Anaesthetics

(as a service user),

I felt compelled to write and show my utmost gratitude to the staff at the  theater receiving suite. From the second I was taken through those doors I was treated with the utmost care and respect.

The nurses were amazing. I had my consult with my anaesthetist and surgeon before I was shown into a room and then wheeled into the theater cubicle whilst waiting to go in.

The staff were lovely and completely put me at my ease . The staff at Theater were faultless. 

And thank you all for everything.
