I had Karen come out with her apprentice, they both arrive on time and very quickly put me at ease. All the questions they asked were straight forward and sensible. The young apprentice was well behaved and smiled a lot, very pleasant.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to share your healthcare experience with us via Care Opinion.

It is good to hear that the staff who came to visit you were prompt and on time for your appointment. It is also good to hear that the apprentice, who was in attendance was pleasant and smiled a lot.
