(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank Lauren, my daughter’s health visitor. Over the past 5 months my daughter has been suffering severe eczema and other skin conditions. Lauren has always been extremely supportive and nothing it too much to ask. She makes us feel very comfortable and is happy to help anytime when needed . 

I think it’s important to acknowledge how hard working these ladies are at Angus Health Service. Thank you for everything you do. You’re all amazing!

Dear Tinalow,

Thank you very much for providing such positive feedback about the care and attention you and your daughter have received from your health visitor in Angus.

Feedback from parents is very important to the health visiting service as provides us with opportunities to hear how well our service is meeting the needs of the children and families we support. When the feedback is positive like yours, it allows the health visitor and also the whole HV service to celebrate when care delivery has gone well. Feedback which is not so positive can also be helpful as it allows our service to make changes and improvements when these are required.

I hope your daughter continues to do well.
