"Trying to speak to someone on the phone"

It would appear that absolutely no one has answered their phones or responded to voicemail messages - if their mailboxes aren’t full and preventing people from leaving a message anyway.

Over the last two days trying to speak to or leave a message for my doctor's secretary, I have made a total of 11 separate calls and the only person I’ve managed to speak to is the switchboard operator.

Putting this on here has achieved nothing. If anyone is reading it, they’re not doing anything about it.

Three weeks later I am still trying to make contact with the consultant or their secretary. Apart from the switchboard, still no one answers their phone and even when I can leave a message on someone’s voicemail, no one has called back, including PALS.

I gave up trying to contact anyone by phone and sent a letter - no response to that either. What is the point?
