My journey started with a visit to the pre assessment unit at the Royal Victoria hospital which was done with precision by three members of staff. They were polite, friendly and very proficient, unfortunately I did not take note of their names. The appointment was executed in less than one hour - 10/10
At the beginning of March, I went in for my surgery. At first by Mr. Anna's team. They made me feel relaxed and informed of everything that was happening. I only have one word for his team , amazing! Unfortunately once again I can't remember their names.
Then onto the after care, where once again I was treated mostly by four nurses (Karen, David, Lyndsay and Lorraine) Their attention to detail was fantastic, response to problems dealt with quickly and efficiently, which was important, as I had a lot of pain. But thanks to my angels it was under control in no time. The National Treatment Centre (NTC) Victoria can be assured that their patients are being given a 5 star care in particular by these four nurses.
I hope to see them all in six week time.
Yours gratefully
