About: Newham Community Health Services / Cardiac Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

Came for cardiac rehab clinic. Was seen be lovely nurses and physio.  Chika nurse and Abi physiotherapist have been very informative about the session and helped and guided me. I felt very good and put first in the session. My voice was heard. We set up a good treatment plan going forward. My height, weight and blood pressure was done. We had an exercise regime drawn out which suits me very well. Am pleased with my session till the next one. Thank you for all the support.
