I telephoned the Phone First Service recently . A Doctor rang me back pretty much straight away - and offered me an appointment for 12.30pm at Daisy Hill Hospital. I was taken straight away - and diagnosed within about 10 minutes.

The staff were all so friendly and professional. Dr Rogers in particular was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. She explained my condition very clearly and even offered further services that were available on site. This is an excellent service.
