"Nearly forgot appointment because I did not get a letter"

About: Arches Wellbeing and Treatment Centre / podiatry

(as a service user),

I had an appointment at Arches.

I did not get an appointment letter, I wrote it down, I nearly forgot.

Please can the patients get appointment letters sent out as a reminder? I know how scarce appointments are and I don't want to be neglected.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback for Podiatry.

On some occasions if an appointment is issued over the telephone our admin team would ask for patients to make a note of this as a letter may not be received on time due to postal services. However, I am not sure if this was the case for yourself.

Going forward we will discuss this with our admin team and look at how we can improve this communication as we agree it is important appointments are not forgotten.

We have recently introduced a text reminder to one of our service areas and hope to continue and improve the patient experience.
