"I feel more settled here"

About: Rampton Hospital / National High Secure Healthcare Service for Women

(as the patient),

from seg patient on Ruby.

I really appreciate DRC staff, most of the days I have seg sessions, and they also help get me up. If it wasn’t for them, I’d probably not be getting up most of the day.

I do appreciate the ward staff, they do try and get me up and support me but when they are short staff there hands are tied.

I do like being on Ruby though, I feel more settled here then I have on any other wards.

Thankyou for taking the time to write this post.

I understand the challenges that arise when staffing issues prevent you from getting up. Thank you for your understanding. The DRC team, myself, and the ward staff are committed to collaborating to ensure you can participate in and benefit from meaningful activities as often as possible.

I'm also glad you feel settled and supported on Ruby ward.

All the best,
