About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Care

(as a service user),

Attended a&e with my 8 year old son regarding knee pain. Triaged and seen by minor ailments. Physio on shift Mhairi was fantastic with my son, attentive to his needs, treated him as the patient and spoke to him age and stage appropriately. Made him laugh through his discomfort.
