"Made me feel less anxious and worried"

About: Gynaecology / Gynaecology Out Patients

(as the patient),

I was really nervous going in after my history of issues with my bladder during labour and post baby. The nurses and consultant couldn't have made me feel any more relaxed and at ease.

They really reassured me during the appointment and gave me so much information. I felt leaving the appointment less worried, reassured and feeling comfortable to come back if needed.

All the staff looked happy while working, which is something you don't always see either!

Couldn't complain at all about my visit and just want to say thank you to the staff for making me feel less anxious and worried!
