About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as the patient),

I came into hospital with a fracture and was admitted to ward 10a in QEUH Glasgow.  

I went through a very difficult time in my life and the behaviour of a nurse was very disappointing.

The nurse was extremely rude and obnoxious, showed no care or compassion. This ward needs to remember the core values of nursing.
