I needed to have some blemishes on my face and ear examined to ascertain the extent of the problem. It turns out that I have Basal Cell Carcinoma on the top of my right ear. This is a low grade skin cancer which will not spread around my body. I need to have a further procedure to ensure there is no residual tumour left that might grow in the future. I have an appointment already after only ten days since the original procedure. I am really pleased with the treatment I have received, both at my local surgery in Abbotsham Road, Bideford and at the Litchdon House Barnstaple Dermatology unit. I could not have had a better experience.
