"Definitely made the most of a rough day"

(as a service user),

Had a simple operation at Grantham and was looked after post op by RN Melissa. Everybody that I came across from beginning to end was lovely and treat me with care and best of all went along with my humour and banter, which kept me at ease. Definitely made the most of a rough day. Thanks all x

Thank you for taking the time to respond to Care opinion as it always helps the nurses to see they are making a huge difference to what, is a very stressful time for all of our patients. I am, as Matron for the unit, so pleased to read these comments as we work so hard to give the patients the best experience they can get and your comments show us we are getting it right. I will share your comments with the whole team.
