(as a service user),

I was welcomed by Stephanie, Michelle and Janet who totally made me feel comfortable... I couldn't praise them enough.

Firstly I was talked through the endoscopy and biopsy procedure and asked if I had any questions. I felt so at ease with these very caring ladies. The procedure was carried out with the reassurance at any time they would stop if it became too much.

With the guidance and help I got through. I can't thank them enough, beautiful ladies and we manged to have a giggle too. xxx
