On a visit with my wife for camera procedure. From arrival at the department until we left, the staff could not have been more comforting and reassuring, from the Doctor down to all the staff, credit to the NHS.
The young Student was extremely assuring, his attention to detail and pleasant manner put my wife at rest.
Only slight matter that is not on the information sent out, if you are signing as a patient you should have your copy of the Power of attorney with you , saves time with paper work
