"Excellent and time sensitive care "

The efficiency with which my health concern was managed was very impressive. I did an online consultation and got a call to attend within 24 hours. I was referred to the hospital and seen very quickly. I am delighted to say that there was no sign of malignancy seen by the specialist but I am very grateful that the doctor took my concerns seriously and managed the issue so promptly. The doctor and medical students working with them wee al polite an thorough. The admin staff were efficient and polite. I think we should appreciate what the NHS does and staff should be treated with respect. Sadly, too many people seem to take this service for granted. Thank you for providing free at point of delivery good quality care. I would happily pay more taxes to fund the Health Service properly. I do not understand why a vocal minority feel it is appropriate to denigrate and abuse doctors and other healthcare workers. Please appreciate that they are human beings providing high quality professional care, often under very stressful circumstances. Most people understand this. I received the healthcare I needed and ( taxation aside which I do pay) I did not have to pay one cent upfront-many countries do not have this service. We are lucky. Thank you
