My prescription wasn’t sent to the chemist and I had to visit the surgery. The receptionist discussed my contraceptive in a loud manner, wouldn’t let me explain and was totally rude in her manner and demeanour. Nothing was sorted and I left feeling totally humiliated.

Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the Practice for what was clearly a very upsetting experience and one which we would not wish to repeat for any patient. Would it be possible, for you to please contact me by email addressed to: hiowicb-hsi.cornerwaysmedicalcentre@nhs.net for me to take this matter further with our Patient Services team and address the issues raised.
