About: Kings Cross Health and Community Care Centre / GP Out of Hours

(as a service user),

Got stitches and dressed at Ninewells, came to King’s Cross as wound became infected.

The doctor removed the dressing and said they don’t re dress it here. My friend had to dress my arm for me in the hospital and the doctor couldn’t understand Dundonian.

Thank you for your Care Opinion feedback following your visit to Kings Cross.

I hope your arm is getting better and I am very sorry your visit did not deliver the care we aim to provide to all our patients.

I would very much like to find out a little more about your visit to the Out of Hours Service at Kings Cross in order to try to further understand the advice you have been given and speak to the clinician who assessed your infected bite.
