I visited a few weeks ago to get my implant out and switch back to the pill, this experience was very unprofessional as she didn’t listen to me, when I visited today to get a repeat presc because the calls wouldn’t go through and their website failed they told me they couldn’t speak to me because I didn’t have an appointment when I only had a question to ask. Then they didn’t even get up from their seat across the other side of the office to speak to me but shouted from across the room with little professionalism. When I asked if I could just get my presc they said I need an appointment or to ring when I explained multiple times that this hadn’t worked for me. I had to get them to repeat themselves twice because they didn’t even come to the desk to reply to me and then acted all busy whne no one was there and as we left they all went outside for a long smoke break infront of me so they clearly had time to do their job. This is a formal complaint for bad service, rudeness and failure to act professional. In additon, this reflects bad attitude and lack of care to customers which also has left me with no options as they have been 0 help which is really disappointing and concerning.
