Parking is really difficult at the Royal so my husband let me out, I went to reception- I can’t walk far and it tired me out but the receptionist was really nice to me. Very patient with me and got me a wheelchair to get to Level 8.
I saw the consultant at level 8, but then had to go to level 7 and they got someone to assist me to get to level 7-the member of staff assisting me was also very nice and very chatty. When I got to the department, he said it was ice having a chat with me. I didn’t feel like a nuisance at all-I felt like I was important for a change.
The manner and attitudes of the receptionist and member off assisting me made me really feel at ease.
It was also a nice experience not being rushed by anyone in the hearing team-they were all really friendly too. They are all just nice people, and they deserve the recognition.
"They are all just nice people"
