Recently had to have a right knee Arthroscopy in the day care center in Altnagelvin hospital. I have to say my experience from the minute I went into the hospital from the reception to the treatment room to recovery was absolutely brilliant All the staff were friendly and helpful, they made me feel at ease and comfortable They kept my family member up to date with everything that was happening from the moment I went into surgery and when I got back to the recovery room and when I was ready to get home.
