I was very grateful for the support provided by Hannah, a Tracheostomy practitioner working in East London NHS Foundation Trust Tower Hamlets. I consider her a very valuable member of staff who is caring and compassionate.

She supported me with an investigation carried out following a concern with a patient urgent need and provided advice regarding the equipment most suitable for the patient. She was very efficent in doing so and her transferable skills were top class.
