"Wait time for elective hysterectomy"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Have fibroids, enlarged womb, Adenemyosis and Endometriosis, have been admitted into hospital 3 times within 8 months with excessive bleeding and pain, each time a request to move my hysterectomy forward was made. Have had a womb biopsy and there is no cancer, on the highest dose and combination of medication but still experiencing debilitating bleeding and pain was told on wait list.

My gynaecologist has requested for my hysterectomy to brought forward. My mental health is deteriorating and my antidepressants have been increased due to my gynaecology issues and wait time for my hysterectomy. Due to my many gynaecology issues I have told I am an urgent case but not sure how much longer I can take the constant bleeding and pain.
