"Late postnatal depression"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

When I came to Inclusion therapy I was a little bit lost, I wasn’t feeling my self - no energy, no interest doing usual things, I was disappointed of myself, I just wanted to be left alone. And I was happy to find the service which helped me to get back to track, also to understand that’s very important to take care of myself not only everyone else.

Femi was the person who helped me to find the best way to access my feelings and emotions. He guided me very well through this hard journey and I am very thankful for that.

Hello guideyy34,

I would like to express my gratitude for taking your time to share about your experience with Inclusion Thurrock.

Your decision to reach out to our service, despite of having no energy and desire to be left alone, it is admirable.

It is natural after having a baby prioritizing their needs first, but it is also important to care for yourself, it is not a selfish act, in fact contributes for a better and healthier parent in the long run.

Your dedication to therapy, coupled with the guidance of Femi has undeniably paid off.

I will share this positive feedback with Femi and will wish you all the best for the future.

Regards,

Ann
