I had my first consultation/ appointment for dermatology recently after being referred by my GP. The nature of the appointment was quite personal, I have a query hormonal imbalance and hair growth on my face. The dermatology clinicians were absolutely fantastic. Person centred, caring and empathy showed. Made me feel at ease, appointment very efficient and well explained to me about my plan of future treatments. The guy (can’t remember his name) and Tara who I met today, thank you so much for excellent service today.
