"I cannot understate the confidence I got from attending"

I have had my 2nd session at the Cardiac Rehabilitation Classes and I just want to take this opportunity to say a sincere thanks to the staff in the rehabilitation team. They were kind, knowledgeable, understanding and attentive to myself and everyone else who was there being put through their paces. 

I cannot understate the confidence I (and others) got from attending the classes. Before attending I thought I was a 'write off 'and couldn't do any exercise or even lift up my grandchildren again. But after my first session I realised that I was able to do far more than I thought I could and as a result feel so much better about my future. 

I have heard people who haven't been to these classes say that they are not worth it. This isn't true in my experience. Was well worth it and consequently I would thoroughly recommend using the option to attend classes if you were offered them. It could do you the world of good.
