(as the patient),

My appointment  was with Sonya and Donna. I said when I went in that I was feeling anxious about my appointment. However I was immediately put at ease. They explained exactly what to expect and why I  had been  referred. They were polite , courteous and respected my modesty throughout .Thank you both
