(as the patient),

We have been so impressed with the level of care received at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital during and after the birth of our daughter.

Huge thanks the whole team who managed an emergency elective caesarean that night. In particular, James the anaesthetist who kept us calm and informed with the process. Kyra, the midwife who looked after us so well afterwards. We can’t remember all the names but everyone was great. 

Moira at The Infant Feeding Team has been such a great support and helpful throughout our struggles with feeding. Also Heather, Healthcare Worker at the Summerfield Ward was incredible. Heather is very passionate about what she does and supported us with a clear feeding plan when we were readmitted to hospital a few weeks after our daughter was born. Also Steph, Community Midwife South Aberdeenshire has been a great support and made us feel looked after before and after the birth.  All of these workers deserve a Daisy award and a pay rise!
