(as a relative),

I’m writing this feedback as a fellow staff nurse and highlighting my experience as a family member. 

My mother was taken to A&E via ambulance following a mini stroke. Care in the A&E department was great but my shout out is specifically to the staff nurse Lilibeth on ward 306. 

I just wanted to say that her care, dedication and attention to her patients' needs had not gone unnoticed. I found her wonderful. 

She was informative and extremely pleasant and professional. 

I am truly grateful for her contribution to my mother’s care during her short stay in ward 306.
