I went into labour on a very understaffed ward. Unable to do a water birth due to the rooms ceiling falling down.
In the birthing suite we had Eloise who was incredible. She calmed the whole situation made it feel so normal and easy. The doctor came in and made a load of incorrect assessments. Ie the baby is back to back and there's hours until baby comes. Which made me and my partner extremely anxious.
After a scan he saw baby was fine. And after he left baby arrived 20minutes later
