"I felt heard and that I was assessed thoroughly"

I was made to feel very comfortable and given exercises that I've already started to feel the benefit from. Adam listened to what my issues were and we explored them together, I felt heard and that I was assessed thoroughly. I left understanding exactly what I needed to do, what improvements I should see and what action to take next - Adam referred me to a podiatrist as he felt that a specialist would be better placed to further assess and prescribe something to further improve my situation.

I was also provided with information on other services that were available to me through the NHS. This is something that has never been made aware to me prior, even though I had asked other health professionals in the past. Overall I felt that I had a fantastic experience and I'm thrilled to have answers and be on the path to better health.
