(as a parent/guardian),

My son had a series of doctor visits the week before in relation to a recurring earache, which flared up again over the weekend. We phoned in and were given an appointment mid Saturday. Overall, we were very happy with the service and care we received. The whole trip (including the car journey) took us about 1 hour and 20 minutes. My wife and I are very thankful for the nurses that assisted us. In short, I think this system works!

Sorry to hear your son has been experiencing recurrent earache and hope he is feeling better following his visit to our OOH service.

I'm glad you found the service within the OOH setting to be timely and efficient. We strive to either see patients face to face or via telephone or video consultation, to ensure they receive the care they require.
