About: Community Nursing / Pulmonary Rehabilitation

(as the patient),

Attended 6week ,twice weekly, COPD rehab, which ended at the end of February.

Exercise program helped to improve my outlook on what I am capable of and even helped improve my mental health.

I’m waiting for an assessment for a continuation of exercise class at Montrose Sports Centre.

This wouldn’t have happened had I not attended the COPD rehab with Evie and the girls.

A big thank you to the team for there help in allowing me to understand and cope better with my COPD
