About: Western Health & Social Care Trust / Diabetes footcare pathway

(as a service user),

I had an appointment at the Podiatry Clinic in spencer Road this morning. I had been extremely worried about attending, as I am very nervous.

I was warmly greeted on arrival. The Podiatrist was very considerate and very helpful throughout.

It was a very pleasant experience for me and I would have no hesitation, and no worries about attending again. Her name was Angela and her assistance etc was exemplary.

Thank you for responding. I am of a very nervous/anxious disposition and Angela's kind manner and explanation put me at ease throughout. I had already cancelled through pure fear of the unknown. Again my heartfelt thanks.
