"I feel they fob me off"

About: Portsdown Group Practice Queen Alexandra Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

Have had 2 abscess in not an ideal place for 6 years. When they flare up this makes me  really poorly needing time off work (unpaid).

Each time I’m off and need to see a Dr - I get given antibiotics, I have to add I have had numerous Out of Hours appointments too.

I have asked numerous times to have them cut out and finally gone and nothing.

I feel they fob me off - wasting money and to make matters worse costing me money that I can’t afford.
