I have been given an appointment in the late afternoon but I have asked if it is possible to get an earlier one as I have been having the symptom a few days after the treatment. However the receptionist asked what is the the problem with that appointment and why I hadn't called back earlier. I'm sorry, so I have to accept an appointment that doesn't suit my time and it is my fault for not calling the GP?? I get that the receptionist may need to ask for the reason but the way she asked was very rude and I feel offended. I called the GP because I was unwell and needed treatment but instead, I got this, a lady telling me off and saying it was my fault. (I do want to make this clear, I have had very good experience with the receptionists and the doctors at Kingsthporpe Medical Centre. However, this morning's experience was really bad that I have to leave this negative review)
