All staff were very pleasant and helpful - Sheffield branch -
Only criticism is there is no provision of food or hot drinks, where patients are there for many hours. Myself and 2 others, from leaving home, to returning, were away approx 8.5 hours to 9 hours, without any food. ( I took some, as was forewarned ).
A vending machine might be useful, or making patients aware, when appontments are booked to bring something to eat,
